Chris is the founder of
Light Alliance, "A Holistic
Institute for Research and
Development". She has been
working in the alternative
healing arts for over 20 years.
She is an intuitive, Seichim
Reiki Master Teacher, Usui
reiki practitioner, Angel
Therapy Practitioner, certified
transpersonal hypnotherapist,
teacher/trainer, writer and
motivational speaker.
Chris has worked extensively
with Dr. Doreen Virtue and has
achieved the title of Advanced
Angel Therapy Practitioner.
She has also trained with one
of the worlds most renown
hypnotherapists, Dolores
Cannon, author of over 20
books on hypnotherapy.
Chris has a masters in
Metaphysics and is currently
working on her PhD.
Chris has spent the past
several years doing readings,
healings, hypnotherapy,
teaching classes and speaking
at various functions. Chris is
currently working on
publishing her first book which
deals with information from
the Keepers of the Heart.

Val was born and raised in
Hawaii, and grew up in a
melting pot of traditions. Her
mom's Portuguese ancestry
included "healers" who
traditionally "gifted" it to the
next generation. Her German
ancestry found a great
grandfather who was a
hypnotist. Unaware of the
"blessings" she beheld, she
left the islands when she was
18 to join the Air Force. She
served in Washington state,
Alaska and Korea. She then
moved to Utah to spend the
next 16 years of her life, then
her journey finally brought
her "home" to Minnesota.
Throughout her life, Val
occasionally felt intuitive, but
it wasn't until early 2004 , on
a trip to North Dakota, when
she experienced her first
channel as a medium. Since
then, she has been a
messenger for those on the
other side. She sought classes
in the local area and
discovered a class on Soul
Coaching taught by Chris
Tonnar. It was through
working with Chris that she
discovered her gift as a
natural deep trance channel.

A voracious reader and
question-asker, with a thirst
for knowledge, Gracia has
been actively training and
taking classes in a variety of
areas for the past twelve
years. She has explored
herbs, essential oils, chakras,
crystals, EMF balancing
technique, ethics, angels and
spirit guides, emotional and
physical fitness, the power of
intention, Reiki ll practitioner,
and is a certified
hypnotherapist. In 2003, she
returned to school at
UW-Stout to obtain her degree
in Vocational Rehabilitation.
She currently holds a masters
in Voc Rehab. She has
included psychiatric
rehabilitation, sensory
disabilities, community-based
rehabilitation, and assistive
technology in her main areas
of focus. Gracia is working to
combine the metaphysical tools
she uses with the skills she has
gained through Vocational
Rehabilitation. She assists
people in finding their
strengths, aptitudes, dreams
and the resources to
consciously create the changes
they desire. She has also
spent 5 months working in
Scotland for her internship!
